Thanks for your order and for your review, and we apologize if we weren't able to hit a home run on your order. It looks like the majority of the order was shipped from two of our east coast warehouses, and the turnaround time once those orders arrived in the hands of FedEx were definitely longer than we usually see for a delivery in Washington. Our automated system should have kicked out an email just to verify that there were backordered parts on the order, our apologies if that didn't reach you. We'll follow up on the remaining parts on the order and let you know the expected arrival date as soon as we have word.

“It would have been nice to have the nut to keep the lock in place, had to go out and try to find the nut for the back of the lock. It took awhile to get here also.”

Our apologies for the missing nut, it was most likely left off at the factory. We'll be following up via email to get this worked out for you. It looks like the order was shipped out the next day, but it definitely looks like there was a long delay in the shipping time once it was picked up by USPS.

“This is a good company to purchase materials from. Even though, the order was delivered late. The delay delivery was not their fault but the manufacturer because the item was out of stock. The item was not available anywhere in the country though. Still yet I'm pleased with the way the store communicated with me frequently via emails. Like I said, I'm well pleased. When the item became available, it was communicated to me. I love that. Delivery process and time-line was on point. Guys, thank you for your honesty 🙏. I'm very happy to do business with your company. Thank you and God bless”

“I bought a sprinkler wifi module here last year and it's a great product. Unfortunately it stopped working after a few months. The friendly and helpful staff at Sprinkler Supply helped me troubleshoot it, and when it wouldn't work, sent me a free replacement under warranty. Great customer service! I'd definitely shop here again.”

“Online shopping and purchase experience was easy. They had the parts I was looking for in stock and shipped quickly. I was a little worried as I live in TX and was hoping they would ship from TX warehouse to expedite transit time, but my order was shipped from CA. Even then, I received the order a day before estimated so it all worked out.”

“I will say, I was impressed from start to finish with your store. First and foremost, you had the sprinkler parts I needed. Secondly, I really like the continual notices, letting me know where the order was in your process. I like the “thank you” notice for just ordering from you. I really felt you were all about the customer. Thank you for your efforts.”

“I had a good experience with Sprinkler Supply. They stay in close communication during the ordering and shipping process. I only purchased the zone values that weren't stocked at Home Depot and I figured I'd get the rest of the fittings there. I ended up going to three HD's in 6 trips trying to piece together the rest of the parts with their poor stock on the shelves. Next time I'm going to get everything at Sprinkler Supply Store.”

“I ordered two landscaping lights and they were initially not in stock but the communication was great and Sprinkler Supply were willing to be flexible so I’m happy. The lights came in a little sooner that anticipated.”
