I aid 2 X's more from your supply store, not including shipping charges. I am a senior on a fixed monthly income & can't afford financial mistakes. Lowes has the same sprinkler vacuum pressure system for $46.00.

Hi Mary Anne, thanks for your review. I did a little research, as we do pride ourselves on our competitive pricing, and found that Lowe's has this part listed on their website at $54.12 but is also showing that it's unavailable for order: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Wilkins-3-4-in-720A/5001727175 If this were an in-stock item at Lowe's, we would be happy to price match. We're willing to take the item back if you'd like to return it, and I'd even be happy to provide a prepaid shipping label and waive the restocking fee, but it looks like our current pricing on that product is similar if not significantly less than any of the other online retailers that I found that had it in stock. Please don't hesitate to get back in touch if you'd like to take us up on this offer.

Awful. First and last time customer. 1. Website not easy to use, selected one item and it switched to another size. 2. Order marked complete but did not send the first piece I needed. 3. Called up customer support but Danny in Customer Service Hung up on me. 4. Sending out the part, but not sure how, I can not affort another week. So I went out to purchase it at HD. This is now scrap. 5. Buttom line, awful experience, will never do business with them again.

Hi J, thanks for your review. It looks like we shipped this out on 2/22, FedEx picked it up the same day, and the tracking stopped moving from there. We're following up now to try to determine what happened, and will either make sure that the shipped one arrives to you or we'll get a new one out ASAP. Our apologies for the confusion.

I have emailed you and called you a number of times without a single response from anyone. I explained that my order was incomplete. In the photo of the connector it shows wire nuts and gel tube however my delivery only had the tubes and missing the wire nuts. I asked should I return the delivery or will you be sending me the wire nuts to complete the order? I have left at least 3 messages and as of today I STILL haven’t received a response. This is NOT what I would calll good customer service! Unfortunately I will return the incorrect order and NEVER order from your company again if I do not get a resolution to this issue by Friday!

Apologies for any confusion - we responded to your email the same day that you messaged us to let you know that we would be sending out those missing wire nuts ASAP. Purchase made and acknowledged on 12/2. Today 12/20, it has not arrived. Question placed online at the same time that the order was placed went unanswered but got a lot of emails on the purchase.

Store forgot about my order so after waiting for 10 days I had to call the company and ask for assistance. My order was dispatched only after I called the store. Needless to say I am still waiting for the package to be delivered.

Hi Bobby, thanks for your review. Those Toro valves have been backordered most of the year - at the time you placed your order, we had a status of "Ships in 10+ days" on the listing for that product. Our system would have also automatically generated an email just to point out that the parts were backordered. So it turns out that you called us after 10 days, the turnaround time ended up being exactly 10 days, and the order shipped the same day that you called. We can see how it may have looked like we might have forgotten the order and shipped it, but it was simply backordered.

It took almost 6 months from order to shipping to get an o-ring for my system.

Hi James - thanks for your review. Yes, Dura parts, especially those that contain o-rings, have been extremely difficult to source. If you Google the term "Silicone Rubber Shortage," you'll see the basic reason for the delay. We're hopefully seeing what we think is a turnaround in that market, and we're hoping to be able to have those parts on a more regular basis moving forward.

Customer pays shipping for returns and they charge you a 20% restocking fee. I won't do business with you again. Thank you for making it easy. Shop local!

We do post our returns policy on the website with the hope that customers who are ordering repair parts (such as this transformer) that they may need to return will check in before placing an order: https://sprinklersupplystore.com/pages/refund-policy Our typical policy is to charge a 20% restocking fee, but we also offer 110% store credit for use back on the website. To our knowledge, that store credit policy is unique to our business. We are also pretty understanding if someone reaches out to us regarding waiving the restocking fee, providing that the product is returned to us in new condition.

You may not want me to write a review of my shipping experience. The order was split and most of it is still delayed… no eta. The other part of the order that arrived, had incorrect parts. Very disappointed with my experience so far.

The sprinkler does not work at all. It only released water like a hose pipe. If l can get a help with it will be cool

Thanks for getting in touch. That sprinkler head that you purchased requires both a nozzle and an arc disk in order to work.  You'll note on your invoice that it says "No Nozzle, No Arc Discs."  The arc disc determines the arc that the head sprays and the nozzle controls the amount of water that comes out of the head.  Without those two pieces, the water will just shoot out like a fountain. If you don't already have these Toro 300 series heads installed in your system, we don't generally recommend using them as there are much better options available now.  The Toro T5 head would be a much better option. Yesterday I ordered $272 of Dura Parts, however because you handle so few Dura parts you only 3 pieces at roughly $30. I don't play favorites and you don't offer much.

Have not received order. Only a sent email got a partial order, which when originally ordered was indicated out of stock. Have paid for product and received nothing with a customer still waiting.

Apologies for any confusion, but we split your order up between two warehouses, as one of our locations received a shipment of the backordered part and was able to ship it out right away. The second portion of the order has also shipped and is scheduled to arrive to you tomorrow. We'll follow up privately to make sure that you get that tracking.

The item I purchased from the store was the wrong version. I ordered the X-Core (outdoor model) and was sent the (indoor model) which is not waterproof. I will be sending the item back with hopefully no issues.

Hi Kenlyn - thanks for your review. Apologies for any confusion, but your order is showing that you ordered part XC200I, which is the indoor model, so it looks like you received what you had ordered. The two station version only comes in an indoor model, which might have been the cause of the confusion. The smallest number of stations available for the outdoor version of the X-Core is 4, so you'll want to order the XC-400 to get what you need. https://sprinklersupplystore.com/products/4-station-outdoor-cabinet-controller
