“Sprinkler Supply has the replacement seals that I need for my older system. The parts were temporarily not in stock and back ordered, but I was updated twice on the status of my order and received the parts in less than 10 days. I will do business with them again. Good online customer service.”

“Online chat support was extremely responsive and helpful. Order shipped quickly and arrived in tact. Only complaint was there was no padding inside the box and the items all shipped loose, the sprinklers weren't damaged just a bit scuffed up. Also, there was no manual included but was easily found online. Overall I am satisfied and would buy from SSS again.”
