“I ordered 5 360 degree sprinklers, and got them quickly. I have always had good success with your products and service. I was a little surprised that the 5 sprinklers did not include the plastic multi sized caps to slide into them for whatever amount of water I needed to put on the lawn. “Well informed about the Hunter PCC12001 .Will use for future supply's.Here comes the but we ordered an extra supply transformer and was sent the wrong out put voltage it was 15 vac instead of 24 volt ac.Will you send the correct one with a return for the 15 volt ac . Thank You Linda Wilson”

Hi Linda, thanks for your review. My apologies for any confusion, we've been getting this question since Hunter recently changed the way that they label their transformers. If you take a closer look, it lists 15v on one wire and 9v on the second wire. It adds up to 24v. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any other questions. “I had a high pressure measurement do to a failed Apollo pressure reducing valve. The Sprinkler Supply Store had the needed replacement part at a very good price. Shipping was fairly priced and was not delayed. I had a good experience and would return again as needed.”

“Sprinkler Supply Store is the most reasonable place to shop for sprinkler supplies. The only comment I have about the place is when you call them they sometimes don't answer the phone or it takes them a long time to get back with you. Overall I would give them a 4 out of 5. thanks KL”
