“I generally like the Sprinkler Supply Store. This was my second time to buy from them. They have excellent pricing. But this second order didn't turn out so great. I ordered two valves, a roll of multi strand wire, wire connectors and a wire stripper. They did not have everything at one location, so they shipped from three locations. The valves came just fine, but I had to go to Ewing Irrigation to buy everything else so I could complete my repairs that Saturday. In the future, contact your customer and give them an option to make substitutions to be able to ship from one location. It would have saved me money and saved you on freight costs.”

“As an Administrative Specialist/Office Manager that works with six agents in six very different program areas from Ag to 4H I order and deal with a lot of vendors. My Horticulture Agent wanted to order VAC Solenoids to replace the ones in our Demo Gardens. Your website is extremely user friendly as I was able to create our account and upload our tax exemption form with ease and in no time I received welcome emails, account information, etc. I placed my order and in a matter of twenty four hours, I received confirmation of order received, order shipped, and order delivered emails! Thank you for understanding business needs and making ordering from you a complete and absolute easy process! This was our first time ordering from Sprinkler Supply Store and it will NOT be our last! “Great selection, great service, and fast shipping. Wish you would use a different shipping company than FedEx. They make you look bad with their incompetence. Constant delays at the last minute - taking forever for our stuff to get here.”

“had the part I needed and at a great price. Soon after the order was submitted they assigned a rep to my order who emailed me. My order was soon marked "back order" and rep was able to lmk it would be a few weeks. Finally the email came that item was in and shipped. If it weren't for backorder I would rate them 5 stars. Will by from again”
