“I really enjoy your replies. Your prices are pretty good but the shipping sucks. Maybe you could start a branch here and give me a part time job. It would cost less to ship 1/2 way either way. As long as you have what I need. I will continue to use you. I sm happy with your service.”

“I ordered a new solenoid, Order No. #242218, for a Toro sprinker and received a used , broken part. I contacted Sprinkler Supply last Thursday and was told a new replacement was being shipped but I have still not received an email with any tracking info to confirm.”

Hi Jon - thanks for the review and our apologies for the confusion. I can see that you ordered the Weathermatic MAX4 spray heads. We do have "NOZZLE SOLD SEPARATELY" in bold letters at the top of the product description. Weathermatic offers a number of different nozzles that will fit that head, so they sell those separately. Please feel free to get in touch and let us know what sort of arc and distance you need and we'll be happy to help you to make sure you get what you need.

“All I needed was a 6" riser for my Rainbird sprinkler, which was $4.00, and shipping, that was more than the item. So I contacted your company and they offered free shipping , and I received it in a few days. That's what I call excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this company, not to mention the very entertaining email I received when I had this item in my cart, and hadn't purchased it yet, great company!”
