Your company did a great job getting the order shipped to me in an expeditious manner. However, it wasn't clear to me that the item I ordered was a spot light and not a flood light. I had wanted a flood light.

The package came quickly and without damage. An o-ring was missing that was shown in the picture of the item online.

Thanks for your review. My apologies if we weren't able to get this to you ask quickly as anticipated. It's 5 days shipping time from our warehouse on the east coast to Montana, and there was also a weekend that added to the shipping time. We're currently looking at methods of better serving our customers located on the western side of the country so that they aren't experiencing longer wait times to receive their packages. Everything was great until only part of my order arrived. I had no advanced notice that I would be receiving my order in multiple shipments. And then third shipment never arrived. On the plus side when I contacted sprinkler supply about it the issue was dealt with right away. But, it delayed my project which is not really ideal. Makes the whole thing a bit of a hassle.

This one is totally on us for missing two of the rolls of tubing and causing the delay in your project. I'm glad that we were able to get this resolved, but I'm in the process of looking at this order more closely to see what measures we need to take to assure this situation doesn't happen again. I was initially sent the wrong Oetiker part. After some email exchanges where I was trying to send a picture of the wrong part, the problem was resolved. I received the correct part in a timely manner.

I received the correct sprinkler bodies but not the correct nozzles. I just sent an email so I hope to be back in action in a few days.

The sprinkler box I bought was wrong size so to return it cost more than half what the valve box was so now I will always buy local don't purchase from them unless your 100% positive what your getting

I ordered from you because in the Past you delivered fed ex. USPS doesn’t deliver to my house in my rural area.

I ordered product #526200 for my Hunter Front Panel and I could not get it to work. when I plugged it in nothing showed up on the face. tried again and again and still nothing.

You may have an AC or other problem that needs to be addressed in order to get your controller working. I like the wide variety of parts, but your delivery of the parts I have ordered is horrible, this will probably stop me from ordering anything else. All the other parts stores i have used have insured my parts arrived within 3 working days. this delay is causing serious effects on my grass in the 100 degree temps we"ve had. The part I ordered turned out to be backordered. So it took a little longer to receive than expected. Otherwise everything was fine.

I don't mind the bulk plastic bag packing for the nozzles, but have to mark the specs for each plastic bags. It waste my time to sort items out.

Order was processed quickly and delivered on specified date. One item (Irritrol valve) was not included in shipment although the packing list said it was. Contacted SSS immediately and a replacement order (#119696) has been initiated.
