My apologies for not hitting this one out of the park for you, we did ship the order out within 24 hours, but I do agree that it shouldn't take four business days to travel from our warehouse to your location in New Jersey and will be following up with UPS. I did a search of our system and didn't see a record of you contacting us regarding the status of the order, if you would be so kind as to get in touch with me so that I could follow up on that part of your review it would be appreciated. “- Difficult to 'drill down' on specific parts. When trying to get Rainbird popup sprinkler nozzles, parts are not presented in organized order and non-like parts are interspersed. - Showing the cart after each 'add to cart' gets annoying after 20 or 30 times. - After 'add to cart' and 'cart contents display', focus returns to the first page of the list, not page/position of item chosen, requiring scrolling thru multiple pages to get back on track.”
