“The Sprinkler Supply Store has fair prices and good customer service. I didn't need to call the SSS for my last order, but I have in the past. The customer service rep was polite and helpful. The quality of their products is very good. If the products are in-stock, shipping is quite fast. If items are back-ordered, it will take a bit more time for the SSS to get your order to you.”

If you take a look at the product page for the part you're looking to order, you'll see either "In Stock" or "7 to 10 days" under "Availability." "7 to 10 days" is a backordered item.
