“The dimensions listed for the sprinkler valve box I ordered were ambiguous at best, misleading at worst, and I ended up with a box that is much smaller than I anticipated--too small for my project. Now I've got an expensive return shipping charge and only 80% refund. All told I'm out about $25 for a box that is of no use to me. In hindsight I should have just bought it local and that way would know exactly what I was buying rather than relying on a description.”

Hi Shannon, thanks for your review. My apologies for any confusion, the specs that we use for that box are the published measurements that RainBird provides for that box. I agree that it's a little confusing, as the box isn't perfectly square.
