“My order was back ordered for a month. The "hang up" wasn't Sprinkler Supply Store, it was the manufacturer. I was pleasantly surprised that SSS would answer my questions of when the order was to be filled and shipped over the month wait. They offered multiple times to refund my purchase price, but not in a big rush, I chose to hang in there with them. Now days when you get no support after the order, it was refreshing to be able to ask a question and get a quick and pleasant email reply.”

“You may not want me to write a review of my shipping experience. The order was split and most of it is still delayed… no eta. The other part of the order that arrived, had incorrect parts. Very disappointed with my experience so far.”

“I had a very assorted mix of nozzles and heads and Sprinkler Supply Store chose them all correctly. Shipment was prompt and packing was excellent. Prices are half the brick and mortar stores, but Sprinkler Supply Store charges shipping. Even so, you break even at around 8 pieces. I ordered more pieces, so I came out ahead, not to mention it saved a trip to the store. I will order again when I need to.”
