“Order product on a Sunday and called them first thing Monday morning told the representative I needed product by no later than Thursday he assured me I would have it Product did not arrive until the following Monday product did not arrive until the following Monday As a result I was forced to go to my local Home Depot and purchase the material I needed at an additional cost and then the sprinkler store wants to charge me 20% restocking charge on top of the fact that I have to pay $26 to ship the product back door this is not customer service I would strongly advise against using this company”

Hi Mike, my sincere apologies, I took a look at your order and can see that it was packed and ready for shipment on Monday the 19th as promised but didn't get picked up by UPS until the next day.
