“The sprinkler box I bought was wrong size so to return it cost more than half what the valve box was so now I will always buy local don't purchase from them unless your 100% positive what your getting”

“The wrong parts were shipped to me. The company wants to charge me a 20% restocking charge for their mistake. So in addition to sending the wrong parts, they want me to pay extra. What kind of service is this??”
