“The website has a lot of info on the product and the videos are very helpful giving details about each item. Customer service was great, they made sure to let me know to contact them if there were any concerns or questions. The shipping of the items was fairly quick, but the items which in this case were small came in about a couple of days apart.”

“Better customer service for my 30 cent piece of plastic from this store than my $60,000 Tesla. No joke, I got a personalized video talking about my project and felt I could have a conversation with the person, just like the old days when you could shop at Mom and pap stores.”

“Products came as ordered (3 Hardie solenoids), and arrived early. Nice website, great company. One of the solenoids has damaged threads (where the molding comes together), but that is not Sprinkler Supply Store's fault. I will use them again.”
