“They had hard to find parts at a fair price. The delivery took only two days. With flat shipping of $7.50 I wish I needed more items.”

Thanks for your review. My apologies if we weren't able to get this to you ask quickly as anticipated. It's 5 days shipping time from our warehouse on the east coast to Montana, and there was also a weekend that added to the shipping time. We're currently looking at methods of better serving our customers located on the western side of the country so that they aren't experiencing longer wait times to receive their packages. “They can get what I need, though they typically don't have it in inventory (landscape lighting lamps and fixtures). That said, service is good, shipping is prompt, and any issues are quickly resolved. I like this outfit, just wish they stocked a few more things I need so I didn't have to wait.”

“Great pricing & quality! My sprinkler system "bonnet" did take awhile to arrive however was well packed & just what I ordered. I wish I could say that it took care of my problem but, alas, I have more investigative work to do. At least I eliminated one issue;-). To borrow from Jurassic Park...Water always finds a way...ugh!”

“WHAT CAN I SAY. THIS TIME I JUST ORDERED SPRAY HEADS FOR A FEW OF MY SPRINKLERS. HAD TO TWEEK THE SPRAY PATTERNS SOME. THEY ALL CAME THROUGH ON TIME, SEPARATELY PACKED AND ON TIME. CAN'T GET BETTER THAN THAT.”
