Service was ok considering the COVID restraints.. I received all my order but 2 items. Order #169149, I still have not received TORO part MPR+ 12F quantity of 2 each and TVAN15, quantity of 7 each. If you are unable to supply, please refund the credit to me. Thank you Mike Grimes

Hi Michael - please double check your order confirmation, as we're not showing those particular parts to be on order #169149. According to our records, everything on that order has shipped and been received, but we'd be happy to take a closer look if you're still missing any items that you're showing on the order confirmation. Hi Craig - thanks for your review. Looks like your order was shipped back on 7/29 - we would have sent an email to you that day with tracking. It was traveling from our New York warehouse to you in California via FedEx and is showing to be on the truck for delivery today. Please let us know if it doesn't arrive to you today and we'll be happy to follow up with FedEx.

They have the right stuff, but it is a little hard to find, if you are new to their site. Shipping was slow compared to Amazon.

Hi Michael, thanks for your review. We're always looking for ways to improve the organization of the website, so please feel free to email us through the website with more details about your experience and how you feel that we could do better. With so many products, we can see where finding things might be overwhelming. I reviewed your order, and it would have typically arrived to you in about 3 days, but it looks like once it hit Florida it was an additional 4 days of getting pushed through the USPS system. Amazon does have about 100 more warehouses than we do across the country, but most in stock orders will typically arrive in about 3-4 days.

As you requested, I have sent you the pictures of the Weathermatic S20PSA received in place of the Weathermatic S24BSA that should have been sent to replace the defective S24BSA (pictures as well) from the original Order #15535. This automatic reply is just to let you know that we received your message and we’ll get back to you with a response as quickly as possible. Still waiting since November 2020.

All in all a good experience. Good product selection, fair pricing and good customer service. My only issue is I did not get the parts I thought I was ordering. The ones that were sent will suffice, but the parts I ordered were a Lasco product, and I received a substitute brand.

Thanks for your review, Mark. Apologies for the confusion - what should have been a 1 day ship via USPS within New York State seems to have now taken a week, with stops in Michigan in between for some reason. The tracking is showing your shipment to now be back in New York. We're happy to just get another shipment out to you if it isn't delivered by today. Please just get in touch and let us know if you'd like us to do that.

The store had inventory, so that is a good thing. Just a little disappointed in the 9 days for delivery. But I am sure I will order from them again.

Hi Matthew - thanks for your review. Our apologies for the delay in the delivery of your order. It looks like we shipped it within 24 hours, but the shipment was coming from California. I still would have expected that it would have arrived last week on Thursday or Friday, but it didn't arrive in Michigan until late in the day Saturday, and the holiday on Monday caused it to be even more late than anticipated. We hope that you'll try us again next time, as we have warehouses across the country and not everything typically comes from the California warehouse.

Only one of the two valves I ordered work. Will try to fix, or I will return for replacement. Electrec's checked, water will not shut off.

They website didn’t say when the expected delivery time was. As a result, the piece didn’t come in time for the project and I had to find another solution using a different piece.

Hi Kyle - thanks for your review. That's something that we're currently working on and hope to roll out sooner than later. With 7 warehouses and so many SKUs, it's an involved task but we're hoping to roll that out ASAP. Our apologies that this one didn't arrive to you in time for your project.

Order and delivery process were fine. But sprinklers I ordered (and the accompanying nozzels) were packaged horribly. The were rattling around in a much too large box, not protected at all. I've ordered in the past, and the packaging, boxing was much more efficient and secure.

I've followed up with the warehouse that shipped your order and instructed them to be sure that they're shipping the product in properly sized boxes with ample packing material. We agree that your order shouldn't arrive to you bouncing around in the box when it reaches your door!

The order process was good and the delivery service was timely. The only problem is that the valve I received is defective! The valve stays open all the time without power to it and will not close manually.

Have not yet received the merchandise. Was not in my P.O. Box and tracking does not say what P.O. Box number it was delivered to.

It would have been nice to have the nut to keep the lock in place, had to go out and try to find the nut for the back of the lock. It took awhile to get here also.

Our apologies for the missing nut, it was most likely left off at the factory. We'll be following up via email to get this worked out for you. It looks like the order was shipped out the next day, but it definitely looks like there was a long delay in the shipping time once it was picked up by USPS.
