“The store had inventory, so that is a good thing. Just a little disappointed in the 9 days for delivery. But I am sure I will order from them again.”

Hi Matthew - thanks for your review. Our apologies for the delay in the delivery of your order. It looks like we shipped it within 24 hours, but the shipment was coming from California. I still would have expected that it would have arrived last week on Thursday or Friday, but it didn't arrive in Michigan until late in the day Saturday, and the holiday on Monday caused it to be even more late than anticipated. We hope that you'll try us again next time, as we have warehouses across the country and not everything typically comes from the California warehouse.

Hi Charles, thanks for your review. Apologies for any confusion, but we split your order up between two warehouses, as one of our locations received a shipment of the backordered part and was able to ship it out right away. The second portion of the order has also shipped and is scheduled to arrive to you tomorrow. We'll follow up privately to make sure that you get that tracking.

“Only one of the two valves I ordered work. Will try to fix, or I will return for replacement. Electrec's checked, water will not shut off.”
