“As a landscape contractor I'm always looking for a place to go that will take care of all my needs, and I really believe I've found it in the sprinkler supply store. They had everything i needed and been able to ship to me in right away.”

“I couldn't use what I ordered. The picture made it look bigger than it was but the actual product was too small. It would do no good to return it, because the product itself cost less than a dollar while the shipping was over $7.00, so I will just lose this one.”

“The price for my controller was by far the best one I could find on the internet. The ordering process was easy. The item shipped quickly and arrived when promised. The store has a great selection of all your sprinkler maintenance needs. Based on the price, I thought the control box wasn't going to come with a power supply, but I was pleasantly surprised to see one in the box. Again, it was a great purchasing experience. I will definitely be back for any repair parts. Respectfully, Bruce.....”

“1.My order had to be adjusted due to insufficient inventory. I have repeatedly asked for a revised invoice and have not received it. 2. I can't obtain a tracking number. 3. When I try to get this info off the website, it says that I have no recent orders.”

“The web page is fine but check out is a nightmare. Tried several times to buy something but had to give up. I do buy things all the time and check out was very difficult. If we could have gone to a store for the part we would have. Hope you can find a way to make checkout easier”
