“All items (i.e., pipe nipples and wireless rain/freeze sensor) arrived in the expected period of time. The amount of packing material was adequate for the items within the shipping container. I will most definitely use this company again for my online ordering of sprinkler supplies.”

“I have 4 Richdel model R711ALG sprinkler valves in need of new diaphragms. Richdel is no longer in business and I could not find a cross reference. I found photos for what looked like the right replacement at Sprinkler SS. I took a chance and ordered them. Got the parts within a few days. The gasket and seal were identical to the original, but the diameter of the plastic assembly that holds the seal is a bit smaller than the original. I took the original and new diaphragms apart and put the new gaskets and seals on the old assemblies. Works fine.”

“Due to Hurricane Matthew visiting coastal Florida last week, our home suffered power surges during the evening that power was restored to our neighborhood. Apparently these surges fried our Hunter Sprinkler System's indoor mounted Controller. I was able to locate an exact replacement sprinkler controller the very next day at the Sprinkler Supply Store and it was being offered at a competitive price (indeed the best price that I could locate on the Internet or any of our local "big box" hardware stores). Placing the order was a breeze (pardon the pun), and 6 days after Matthew was hammering our coastline, we are back in business with our irrigation system! Not only was it shipped and delivered within the week, but because I was a new customer, the Sprinkler Supply Store gave me the opportunity to obtain free shipping on my first order, which helped us out, especially with all the added expenses we encountered because of Hurricane Matthew. “it would have been nice to actually know when my shipment will arrive. There is nothing on your website that tells me the estimated arrival. If indeed something right away. I would have gone elsewhere. Other than that it was it was a great experience.”
