“The website has everything, the prices are amazing, the shipping speed was great, BUT…some changes need to be made in the packing department. Of the 3 packages I received, 2 of them were partially split opened with loose tape that lost its “stick” by the time they got to my doorstep - luckily nothing fell out - there were a few small things that were just loose floating around the boxes so it is a miracle they didn’t fall out in transit bc I shook the box out of curiosity and sure enough they flew out on my kitchen table :)”

“Sprinkler Supply Store is the fastest and easiest sprinkler supply vendor I have used. Tracking and knowledge of the order is superb. I wish that the app and store had more available common product, some of the prices are higher than the competitors making one want to order from another site. Overall a very good supply.”

“Took considerably longer to ship and receive the light sensor than i would have thought. When the product did arrive there were no instructions on install and the unit and some broken parts. I would have thought there would have been a rubber seal when mounting to an outside electrical box but it was not included. I replaced the broken plastic washer with one i had on hand and used a hose gasket to provide a seal going into the electrical box. Not the quality one would have expected. The unit works so that's why i gave two stars instead of the one it deserves.”

“Very helpful. I was trying to update an old sprinkler system that was built with outdated fittings. Unfortunately, much of the older system was underground and was in satisfactory condition. The easiest solution for me was to just deal with individual issues rather than trying to overhaul the whole system. I am sure I will need assorted bits and pieces and will be in touch with you for those items .”
