“Order went fairly smooth and all items arrived as ordered. However, they did come in 3 different shipments on different days. In my case, it worked for me, but next order I'll be sure to place way in advance.”

“Shopping, shipping, and overall experience was great. Product was fairly priced and arrived accurately and promptly. I do have one critique, most people just want to buy parts and sprinklers and not get a dozen emails afterwards. While I appreciated the friendly tone, sometimes the best shopping experience is just buy>receive>done.”

“I placed a order for 10 valves and only received 9. Invoice said 10pcs were shipped. Mistake in packing?”

“Found it easy to review catalog of sprinkler parts. Have an old system and needed some new nozzles and filters, ended up calling in an order because was not abl to navigate the electronic route. Guy was very helpful. When small order arrived all the parts were male, I needed female. Don't know what happened,am a little unsure what to do at this point.”
