“We have ordered Netafim irrigation supplies from The Sprinkler Supply Store a couple times because they have a greater selection of parts than our local store. The order was processed and delivered quickly (within about a week) and we appreciated the email updates including information about one part of our order that would be arriving later than the rest. Packaging was appropriate to the size of the items in our order.”

They contacted me when there was a question about my order, and worked with me to ship my order in lots, as a portion was backordered, but I needed the other parts sooner. “I have to rate the experience as a 4 and this is why. My purchase was for 5 LED light bulbs and it came in a bubble envelope. LED bulbs are very expensive and can be damaged easily. Luckily the bubble envelope didn't get smashed or stepped on during the shipping process.”

“Sprinkler Supply Stores site is so easy to use. As a new homeowner I needed to rebuild 6 zones. Not ever working on this before was able to get my valve model and find what I needed on the site with no issues. Shipping was not too bad but that really is not on them. I will continue using them going forward till they give me a reason not too.”

“I had to repair a sprinkler control valve and sent in a picture of it and within minutes they IDENTIFIED the correct valve and the parts I needed. They were outstanding and my valve is fixed. Thank you Paul”
