“In this day and age, to not return 100% of a customer's money when they return an item, at their own expense, is ridiculous. I did not expect to be reimbursed for the original shipping charge, but I did expect to receive back the full cost of what I returned to you. A 20% "restocking fee" is ridiculous. I see why you are not a member of the BBB.”

Hi Mark, thanks for your review. I just placed a note in your return authorization to give you a full refund back to your card when we receive back the parts. It looks like you might also want to consider using the 110% store credit option if you're still wanting to order the properly threaded MP Rotators. “This is how the Sprinkler Supply Store made me very, very happy: lots of choices, fast delivery (as promised) and competitive pricing. The package arrived in excellent condition. All I had to do was disconnect the wires from the old lightning struck system and hook them up to the new system. What could be easier? What could be better? A+ for Sprinkler Supply Store and employees!!”
