“Ordered on 07/23 today is 08/02 and my order is still a state away from me according to the tracking info. So I can’t speak to the quality of the product because I have not seen it yet. The ordering and website navigation was easy to use.”

It looks like FedEx misplaced your shipment for a few days, but I do see a check-in dated today so hopefully it's now back on track and should arrive to you shortly. “They had the part I needed. My order was processed quickly and received in a timely manner. The price of the sprinkler part was also reasonable. I was also able to track my order.”

“Overall I give them a four because my order was delayed. They had to change warehouses, so the order was delayed an extra three or four days to get here. No big deal, and Customer Service kept me informed and help the process along. And, I would’ve given number five, but with the delay, just couldn’t do that.”

“prepare for our call.: I placed order a on July 22th order #194497-1 for the following item hunter blue in color HE050B25 0.5 GPH. I waited for item arrived instead u send me Emitter brown in color and the numbers on the brown Emitter are 2/8L I don't think this is the correct item I'm looking for 0.5 Emitters item listed below. It's up setting that a smiple order of Emitters get screwed up like this. Still wait on a call or my parts that I ordered”

“It was built well but got deformed in shipping and doesnt seat well. Makes it appear that its a bit rickety , but its actually built pretty strong. Wasnt your fault as it happened in shipping. Your service was good.”
