“I was repairing an old Toro valve that was placed below the main 2”‘sprinkler line that elbows at the same location as the valve which is 3” below the elbow. Bottom line: almost impossible to dig down to remove the valve. So, I took the solenoid and diaphragm/ bleed valve off the new valve you sent and installed them in the older valve. Success! The system now works great you your product is solid. Thanks for getting it to me fast.”

“As a homeowner making his own repairs and alterations to my sprinkler system the Sprinkler Supply Store has been invaluable to me. It's almost impossible to find the various parts I need (multi-conductor wiring, couplers, etc) in local stores, and contractors are way too expensive for such simple work. I love the clear and organized web site, ease of transaction and fast delivery of parts. Thanks!”

“The product I bought was a good price but the shipping made it more expensive than buying it in a local store. Paying over $6.00 in shipping to receive two caps that are under an ounce, then having to wait four days for them to arrive was frustrating. I had no choice because the items were not available in our local stores.”

“Great selection and price, prompt delivery and even enjoyed your occasional emails. However the packaging was not so good. The shredded paper used as fill made a mess getting things out of the box and we had to clean it up and dispose of it.”

Hi Sara - thanks for your review. Our apologies for any inconvenience - we ship from the closest warehouse that has all of the parts on the order, which in this case was in Texas. Assuming we don't have all of the parts in a single warehouse, we then split up the order between multiple warehouse locations to fulfill the order as quickly as possible. Not every warehouse is able to stock all of the parts we carry, so it's definitely recommended to take a look at the page for each part and note the locations we list that have the item in stock.
