“If you try to return something they offer you only a partial refund unless u get a store credit. Lost me forever. Irrigation king is a great store.”

“Had a great shopping experience for some outdoor lighting projects. Website is well organized, excellent selection of fixture styles and options, and price/brand options allowed us to stay within budget without sacrificing quality. Very personable and attentive customer service to make one change to the order after it was placed, with prompt follow-up support. Will certainly be working on future lighting projects, as well as some garden watering endeavors….Sprinkler Supply will get the order for sure!”

“I have been using the sprinkler supply store for 5 to 6 years. Their price for my hunter heads are about half of my cost buying local. Received my heads 2 days after I made my order. You just can't beat the cost and service provided by the Sprinkler Supply Store.”

“Prompt and outstanding service. Parts arrived in a very timely fashion. Had some difficulty with a part installation and they produced and sent a quick video to demonstrate the install. Never expected to receive that level of service from an online vendor. Very much appreciated!”

“Need parts for your system in a hurry? This is the company you want. Fast, friendly service and top-quality parts is what you get. I only wish there were different mailing options other than the [expensive] overnight one. I would have been happy if it took 2 weeks to get the parts I needed, I wasn't in dire need and the delivery charge practically doubled my bill.”
