“Got the product i needed at a reasonable price. However, adding the shipping cost more than negated the otherwise positive benefit. Probably wouldn't go this route again given the same set of circumstances.”

“My husband couldn’t find the part he need for our sprinkler system and had called numerous places to find nobody carried it. So I googled the part and your website came up with part I ordered and received in mail 2 days later. Easy , fast and convenient.”

“Placed my order, received confirmation promptly, with click-box to check on order. I clicked away, and for about 4-5 days absolutely nothing happened. Emailed them on 5th or 6th day, they apologized and said they'd send it right away, which they did. I didn't spend the big bucks for expedited shipping, but come on - at least do what you can to pull the item and call the shipper promptly. Had a blown head spraying water 20' in the air till the order got here, so to me it was kind of important - wish it would have been to you too.”

Hi Mark, thanks for your review. I'm looking at this order and completely agree that the order was sent out later than it should have. The actual turnaround time was only three days (ordered Sunday, should have shipped Monday but didn't go out until Wednesday), but late is late regardless. I'm following up with the warehouse to make sure that we're getting orders out on schedule or notifying the customer service team regarding delays when they come up. “I received an immediate message concerning my order indicating the one of the items was backordered and asked if that was okay. I replied that it was and was then notified that it apparently was in stock and would be sent out. I really appreciated the correspondence so that if the need was urgent, then I could have looked elsewhere. Will definitely be using Sprinkler Supply Store again.”
