“I have placed two orders with you. The first (117988) was sent usps and got to me in 3 days. My second order was placed on May 6 (118974). On May 8 I was notified that part of my order would be backordered; no expected delivery date was provided. Your system should be connected to your inventory so I would know not to order from you if I was in a hurry. I replied and asked that you send what you have. Instead, none of the backordered parts were sent. I ordered the backordered parts from Home Depot.”

Hi, thanks for your comments. My sincere apologies, I can see that was my fault and I did accidentally cancel all of those off of your order. I obviously need to make sure that I'm double checking before canceling. “I received my Irritrol irrigation control box quickly via Fed Ex. Kristyn, who helped me on the phone, was the best sales rep with a personal touch, I had encountered in a very long time. After completing my purchase I realized that I needed an outdoor box instead of one for indoors. Kristyn remained very efficient and without any problem canceled the first order and changed it to the outdoor box.
