“Got exactly what I ordered. However, I did expect the Valve to come as a kit to include install/adjust instructions and the hydraulic pressure tap parts. But, in the end, I got exactly what I ordered so I can't fault them for that.”

“I was looking for some toro sprinkler heads which are not super easy to find. Sprinkler supply had what I was looking for at a very reasprice as well. I ordered them and immediately got a confirmation that my order was received. Shortly after that I got an acknowledgment of my order and then updates. Delivery was quick and well packaged. Great experience overall thanks”

“Purchased a Rainbird Sensor from Springler Supply Store(SSS) and it didn't meet my expectations. I contacted SSS and the Manager of the Customer Service Dept (Denny), only ask me one question and that was, could I offer a little more detail about my dissatisfaction with the sensor. A very reasonable request, and I was glad to be of help. They were super about my refund and disposition of the sensor. Would highly recommend this business.”

“The website was easy to navigate and they had exactly the sprinkler replacement parts that I needed that the big box stores don't carry. The prices were much better compared to other online retailers that I checked, as well as my local spinkler supply store. I appreciated that they support Apple Pay (which makes me more comfortable trusting the security for online retailers I haven't used before), and shipping was both reasonable and quick.”
