“Great inventory, easy site to navigate. Shipping to the west coast is not that quick, but if you plan ahead, worth the wait. Good up-to-date website. So far, very good experience. Items not yet received.”

“Had I known the item was backordered I would have searched elsewhere before placing my order. I was not informed the item was out of stock until the day after I placed and paid for the order.”

Hi Brian, thanks for your review. My apologies for any inconvenience, it's possible that we had an issue with our inventory feed that showed the item to be in stock at the time of ordering. We do list the availability listed on the product page for each item, "7 to 10 days" indicates a backordered item. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager

“This worked the way it's supposed to - the price was good. While an item was out of stock, they communicated well about it and the delay was only minor. The items were received in good condition and everything works as planned. Easy and I'll order more in the future.”
