“I received my order in two shipments. After the first part came, I wondered when I would be getting the rest so I emailed and promptly got an email back checking into the order. I followed up with a phone call a few days later and the shipment tracking was sent. I appreciated the customer support and the personal responses. Excellent range of Netafim product offerings drew me to the site and the customer service will keep me returning.”

“Got exactly what I needed for a replacement part. Couldn't find in big box stores so was thrilled to find at Sprinkler Supply Store. Shipping was fast, pricing was reasonable. Definitely recommend!!!”

“Finally able to get the right size drip line tubing and fittings. Other suppliers were no help and shipped the wrong stuff. Sprinkler Supply Store is the best. They have 12mm lines and fittings !!! Worked perfectly.”

“The experience and service was great! I especially liked the email confirming the purchase and asking me to check over the details. I discovered to my surprise that the city for the mailing was different then it should have been. Not sure how that happened, but I replied to the email noting the correct city name and it got changed. Thank you for the great service”

“Very disappointed the sprinkler heads there supposed to be rectangle and they're more like 2v shapes with two side spot leaks nothing ,close to a rectangle!!!!!”

“Order came quickly and was packed very well. Units work well, but reason for 3 stars is $150 is a lot of money when all parts are plastic. Even the stake that goes in the ground. Unless the ground is super soft have to make a hole with a bar 1st”
