“All I needed was a 6" riser for my Rainbird sprinkler, which was $4.00, and shipping, that was more than the item. So I contacted your company and they offered free shipping , and I received it in a few days. That's what I call excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this company, not to mention the very entertaining email I received when I had this item in my cart, and hadn't purchased it yet, great company!”

“Finding the correct repair part was easily accomplished on the web site. Delivery took a day longer than expected. The problem arises because USPS delivery only accounts for arrival at the nearest Hub. Delivery to a mailbox serviced through the Post Office serviced by the hub takes an extra day (6 days). Not a disaster but did rearrange my scheduled repair. System works perfectly. Thanks”

“i ordered a hunter controller and made the mistake of 1 station vs. 4. I wrote customer service to exchange and found prices online for $60 less ~ asked this could be honored with exchange. was told no ~ and am returning at my expense , with your 20% restock fee. will not order again from sprinkler supply”

Hi Vanessa - thanks for the review. You had asked us to price match an item from another company that was already priced below cost, in addition to the extra 10% store credit refund you were wanting to use for the return. It wasn't a situation where we would have been able to honor your request without losing money. We'll be happy to waive the restocking fee as long as the original controller returns back to us in new condition.
