Received the wrong product....emailed and called/left voice-mail with no return email or call. Now I have a $60 item that is not correct and I cant use, in addition to still needing the correct item. Still nothing.

Hi Kayla, I responded to your email the first thing yesterday morning and asked if you could verify the part number for the incorrect product that you had received. You know this is my second order from you and I have yet to receive the materials which were due on Wednesday. The were either in Phoenix or Tucson AZ on Wednesday so delivery was rescheduled for Friday and now they are in Ft. Worth TX. Scheduled for Monday Delivery. It's a strike out for you guys. I need my materials when I order them and when you say you have them going out the next day I plan and expect that to happen.

Hi James, thanks for getting in touch. Apologies for any confusion, but we are definitely not promising shipping and delivery dates at the moment. Our warehouses are all working as hard as they can to get orders out as quickly as possible, but we have a note directly in the shopping cart stating there will be potential delays on orders due to the current pandemic situation. I apologize if we somehow gave you the impression that the situation was otherwise, but we've posted info on our website and sent out emails to notify customers of these shipping delays. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I placed the order 5/25/20 was told about the back order on the pump which I responded to and said that was fine. BUT, I said that I needed the diaphragm ASAP because it was holding up a job from being finished. I did not hear from anyone so I assumed that it would be shipped out immediately. WRONG!! IT TOOK 3 WEEKS!!!

Takes forever to get your order shipped this is the second time if you pay for 3day shipping your order doesn’t leave their warehouse for 3days so don’t waste your money and don’t bother calling no one answers

Hi Rob, thanks for getting in touch. Apologies if there was some confusion, but we don't offer three day or any other expedited shipping on our website. We've placed notices in our shopping cart and sent out follow up emails to notify our customers that some orders will be shipping out late due to the COVID19 situation. Many of our warehouses are socially distancing and are working to get caught up. We're happy to cancel the order if you're unable to wait, just let us know.

It's a month out and I still havn't recieved my order! I understand that things are backed up, but I would have liked to know when I ordered that it would take over a month for the order to arrive!

Hi Jon, apologies if we weren't able to get the product to you as quickly as you were hoping. The order referenced here was placed on May 17 and the remaining parts are scheduled to arrive you you today, which puts us two days shy of three weeks. I agree that it's an exceptionally long time to wait for an order, and we're finally starting to see our turnaround times decrease after being required to take measures to protect our staff from the COVID19 pandemic. These longer turnaround times will completely disappear once we're able to fully staff our warehouses again.

Inadequate inventory seems to be the problem with your store. You ship items in stock quickly, but unless the customer receives all of the order, the project can not be started and completed. This makes your store useless to the customer. I suggest, on long lead time items, offering substitution products, such as a different brand, drip tube 6" on center instead of 12". Anything that will allow a project to move forward. On line purchases are more convenient and cheaper than local supply houses but not worth the wait if products can not be obtained in a timely manner.

Hi Charles, thanks for your constructive criticism. Accepting backorders gives our customers access to parts that they might not otherwise be able to order, as many of these products aren't top sellers and many stores don't carry them. We post the stock status on each product page (either "In Stock" with the quantity or "Ships in 7-10 days" for backordered parts). We also have a notice in the shopping cart pointing out that there are backordered parts on the order, and then also follow up after the order gets placed with an email that once again points out the backordered items and offers instruction to contact us to make adjustments if necessary. Our business ramped up about 6 weeks earlier than expected this year due to the COVID19 situation and people being home to repair their own sprinkler systems. Between that and delays from the manufacturers in shipping product, we've definitely seen more backordered items than usual on our website this spring. We are getting product in as quickly as we can and doing our best to notify our customers of the situation, but this is certainly not a typical spring season for our company. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused with your order.

Many of the products sold on the website are on back order, so expect to wait a while for your part. Had a very negative experience with this company. They charged my credit card for two parts that were on back order. Then they cancel my purchase without anything other than an automated email that my order was canceled. I still haven’t seen the credit back to my credit card, so I will be disputing the charge. Definitely lost my business going forward. I’ll pay more money for better service.

Customer service is horrible and products ordered took over a month to receive and was just told sorry for you. All communication was initiated by me vs letting me know what all was going on with my order as well. Plenty of other companies out there to use besides you to finish all my supply needs for my new system.

Hi Ben, my apologies that we weren't able to provide you the valve boxes in a more timely manner. We were in a situation where the backordered parts were scheduled for manufacture and took longer than normal to provide. Our only real option in these cases is to offer order cancelation and issue a refund or wait out the manufacturer for the parts. Order product on a Sunday and called them first thing Monday morning told the representative I needed product by no later than Thursday he assured me I would have it Product did not arrive until the following Monday product did not arrive until the following Monday As a result I was forced to go to my local Home Depot and purchase the material I needed at an additional cost and then the sprinkler store wants to charge me 20% restocking charge on top of the fact that I have to pay $26 to ship the product back door this is not customer service I would strongly advise against using this company

I was disappoint in the refund. I know it’s your policy, but I don’t usually have to return items from suppliers & was shocked with the bottom line of the refund. I just need to shop with vendors that have better return policies.

Hi Sue, I appreciate your honest feedback. We do charge a 20% restock fee, but we try to offset that by also offering 110% store credit for customers who are willing to spend their money back on our website. Since most sprinkler systems are going to require some sort of replacement parts every year or so, we feel that it's a good deal for most of our customers. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager

The wrong parts were shipped to me. The company wants to charge me a 20% restocking charge for their mistake. So in addition to sending the wrong parts, they want me to pay extra. What kind of service is this??
