Charged credit card on October 21, delivered to UPS a full week later; not good. Otherwise, okay to deal with, although I haven't seen the product yet.

Had I known the item was backordered I would have searched elsewhere before placing my order. I was not informed the item was out of stock until the day after I placed and paid for the order.

Hi Brian, thanks for your review. My apologies for any inconvenience, it's possible that we had an issue with our inventory feed that showed the item to be in stock at the time of ordering. We do list the availability listed on the product page for each item, "7 to 10 days" indicates a backordered item. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager

My order from two weeks ago which is paid in full is still in "processing". I believe the order is being held up due to one of the 4 items being out of stock. Most companies make partial shipments, and do not pre-charge for items not shipped.

This is the second time I've been asked to write a review. It's been more than two weeks and I've yet to receive the product I ordered. At this point I'd say that you failed miserably. Should I continue....? Could someone check on the where abouts of my shipment.....Thank you!

Hi Greg, thanks for the review. My apologies, it looks as though we need to take another look at our automated emails. I'm showing 3 of those valves to currently be in stock, the rest are still on order with the manufacturer. I'm going to get the available items out to you ASAP and will message you privately once I have an update.

I ordered the merchandise on August 5, 2016. I finally got a notice 4 days ago that it had shipped, I haven't received the merchandise as of today. I had to call your office to find out that the reason for the delay is one of the items ordered was out of stock.

Hi Ernie, thanks for your review. I did check, our system sends out an automatic email right after the order is placed to let you know about any backorders. You can also tell by the "7 to 10 day" availability status on the product page. It does appear that the email was sent. It may have been snagged by your spam filter. I apologize for any confusion.
