“Was sent the wrong parts and it took a solid week for Sprinkler Supply Store to correct their mistake. It's odd that they sent all shipments, including the return of the wrong parts, via FedEx, but when it came to them correcting their mistake and trying to earn back some credibility, they sent the replacement parts via slow boat USPS. They were quick to acknowledge their mistake, but they failed to ship out replacements the same day. In summary, Sprinker Supply Store made an error, acknowledged it, but acted halfway helpless in trying to make it right. Couldn't ship out the replacements quickly and couldn't ship via FedEx. Poor!”

Hi, thanks for the review. Our apologies that we weren't able to get this resolved for you in a more reasonable amount of time. Our shipping policy is to ship orders under 16oz via USPS. It did take a day for the replacement order to go out, and we perhaps naively trusted USPS to be able to deliver the package the 240 miles it needed to go to receive the package in their normal 1 day turnaround. We agree that 4 days shipping time is ridiculous.

“They were the only online retailer I could find that had all the Toro precision nozzle types available in stock on my first order from them. When I needed a few additional nozzles of different types they were all in stock also. When the warehouse experienced a couple of days delay they sent me an email informing me of the delay. I give them four stars, instead of five, since their prices are higher than other online retailers and their shipping cost is high but I wanted to get the nozzles as soon as possible.”

“After 20 years, our Hunter sprinkler control gave up the ghost. Looked at Amazon and numerous places for a replacement for our original unit. None were what we had originally purchased. We found Sprinkler Supply Store and called....really nice told us what to look for on their website....there it was (different model, etc.) but available and ready to order. He continued the conversation urging us to call whenever we had a problem. They were ready to respond. We put the order in on Friday with delivery for the following Thursday.....it was delivered on Tuesday (two days early). Easy to install...Order something from them and you will get a funny confirmation for your order.”
