“had an issue with the original order whereby one type of nozzle that i ordered was not shipped. i called and customer service immediately sent the correct nozzles. i was pleased they were so helpful. thanks so much”

“I am in the process of maintaining my sprinkler system as the contractor who maintains it began to price gouge. I have purchased ,from the sprinkler store a few parts that i may need should repair be needed. This will be my source as the parts are correct and delivery was rapid.”

“Very very disappointed. Told you what I originally had and was told it was obsolete. Was told what I needed. I placed the order on the assumption I would get the right parts. The module was the wrong after a few phone calls and emails later I was issued a return number. I paid the return shipping on a part you sent wrong to begin with. Only got credit for wrong part !!!!!!!!! Never again. Jeff Armstrong”

“Overall everything went well! I was a little worried when I rec'd the part initially however after communicating with Denny he explained it was correct and to contact Hunter on how to install it. I contacted hunter to get the instructions on how to install a 3 wire transformer from a 2 but it's easy disregard the ground wire. I would definitely do business again with sprinkler supply store.com !! Thanks again!! By the way doing it on my own saved me at least 100.00 bucks too!!!”

“We were supposed to get a follow up email if our product was backordered -- however we did not get a follow up email. I called to find out where we were in the order process and they said the product was back ordered, that they would check on the status and call me back. Didn't get a call back, hopefully the part will come in soon and it will be shipped.”
