“You had the replacement valve for my 30 year old sprinkler system when the OEM didn't, and that allowed me to repair my system instead of having to replace it with an all new system. Then when I had questions, your support was very helpful. Thanks so much for getting me back up and running again with a low cost and simplified solution.”

“Denny was very clear in what was available and we discussed how I could achieve what was needed. In the end I decided to use a heat gun to soften the tubing we had in stock to slip over a low pressure barb fitting and it has worked out as fine as can be achieved by using the other size discussed and without ordering even more tubing. thank you Denny”

Hi Russell, thanks for getting in touch. I totally agree that the turnaround time was unacceptable. We did have a small batch of orders that didn't transmit properly to our warehouse.
