Hi Douglas - thanks for the review. I'm showing that we responded to your email early this afternoon. You need a Xerigation PC Module to go between the tubing and the diffusers that you purchased. Please reach back out if you have any additional questions.

“I can't believe the customer service I received!!!! Denny went above and beyond helping me. I happen to make a mistake and totally messed my order up and upon speaking with him, he fixed my problem and then some. I will be purchasing all my sprinkler needs throught these guys from now on as 1 I don't need to drive 40 minutes to lowe's and 2 I won't have to go find someone for assistance. Thanks again Denny. “I ordered 4 netafim low flow zone controls and 4 netafim flush valves. After ordering I have been spammed with multiple emails and a "customized " thank you video.... unfortunately the customer service isnt as good as they state. One of the zone controls arrive damaged I've emailed info@sprinklersupplystore.com aswell as andy@sprinklersupplystore.com it has been days with 0 response, highly unlikely to reuse this company. Ps I didnt select how long it took for a reply because u havent freaking got one.”

Hey Nick - I arranged for a replacement part to ship out to you today and left you a phone message giving you a heads up. Neither Andy or I have received any emails from your email address.
