“Sprinkler I was trying to replace had been discontinued by Toro. This was noted on the website when I tried to order and a replacement head was offered. This new head worked great and I am very happy that they made it easy to find for me. Shipping was quick and included easy to use installation instructions. You got me as a customer!”

“The entire buying experience was very good. I needed to replace a broken valve and decided to replace entire manifold. They have great selection of valves and all the peripheral parts I needed (that you can never find at the Big Box store when you need them). Shipping was free and came in the time promised.”

“Sprinkler supply store always does a great job with fulfilling orders very quickly and does a great job with packaging. Anytime there is an issue with any orders they resolve the issues very quickly and ship items immediately. They are my only sprinkler supply store.”

“We have a Toro sprinkler system that was put in 15 years ago when we built our home...it is impossible now to find replacement heads, parts of any kind in our local (Ft. Lauderdale) area. Sprinkler Supply Store had everything that we need now, and more for possible future issues! The order was filled quickly and absolutely correctly, and was shipped two day. Can't ask for more!! We will return in the future for sure.”

As we weren't able to send you the correct parts, you were credited back in full for the order. You should have been called and notified of this, I'm speaking to the rep about this today. “Shipping is prolonged. I can order parts on a Friday morning and they won't ship out till the following Wednesday. My first shipment almost took a full month than they sent the wrong parts anyways. So it took another week to get the right parts. I was suppose to get a 20 % discount on my next orders which once again I order on a Friday and was in touch with someone over email about my order. But I did not receive my discount from there first screw up that cost me two jobs since I didn't get the parts in. I think after this experience I will not do anymore business with this company again. Just hope this order has the right parts since my job is on sat and I order the parts last week and I finally got a tracking order yesterday.”

Hi Nicholas, thanks for your review. My sincere apologies, I've been investigating what happened on this one and it's obvious that everything that could have gone wrong did. We had a long backorder, misdelivered package, and an incorrect replacement order. There is no excuse and I won't offer one. We strive to be better than this order, and I am working now to figure out how we can prevent this from happening again. I'm sorry that we missed the mark. Denny ~ Customer Service Manager

“Good prices, fast and reasonably priced delivery, pieces that are hard to find in one place. If you buy one bag of crimp hose clamps the savings pays for shipping and then some. Hate to run out of parts, but when I do I go here.”
