“Great job and delivery of my order but the Rainbird 5000 head keeps spitting nozzles after a few minutes of running. Perhaps I got a defective head.”

“I found this Company on YouTube and called to order supplies. Easy ordering and delivered to my door cost- free on shipping. I will be using them again for Sub-surface irrigation supplies. I wish they still sold the header pipe but understand they do have difficulty there.”

“I needed to replace a broken valve cap on my existing irrigation system. The Item ID number is clearly written on the part I need to replace but the Sprinkler supply website doesn't list the part numbers on the website for this product. I ordered the replacement part based on the measurements they provide which turned out to be incorrect. I sent them a picture showing how the measurement was not accurate but their policy suggests the buyer pays 2 more shipping fees (return & replacement). The total shipping cost would have been 6 times the price of the part. I build eccommerce websites for a living. The correct way to deal with this would be to send the customer the right part, thank them for catching the error, and then update the website so it doesn't happen again. To their credit they shipped and responded quickly.”
