“I recently purchased a home that was built 10 years ago. The sprinkler valves were Irritrol and the diaphragm started leaking. I could not find the part anywhere, but Sprinkler Supply Store had one that looked identical and from the same manufacturer. The diaphragm did not work and I was forced to replace all of the valves. Sprinkler Supply Store shipped in a timely manner and helped me at a great price. I would purchase here again in the future.”

Hi Daniel, thanks for your review. I know it can be tricky to identify diaphragms by sight, there are a lot of different models and they all look very similar. “Received a replacement panel for my Hunter PC-300 controller (circa 2001). After installation the new panel would not recognize stations on an expansion module. Called the Sprinkler Supply Store and was referred to a Hunter procedure to reset the gray expansion module. However, this procedure was not appropriate for my controller. So, I unplugged the controller, waited and then plugged it back in. The controller recognized the expansion module stations and I completed the installation & programming. Either the Supply Store should include appropriate instructions with the replacement panel to cover this situation or get Hunter to write appropriate instructions for this 526200 replacement panel.”

“I was unsure about the exact model needed to replace the one we have which is thirteen years old. As a result, I called and spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful in advising what was needed. In addition, I checked a couple of other sites and found the prices to be very competitive. I expect delivery soon which is reassuring.”
