“My first time doing business with Sprinkley supply I should have contacted Your customer service dept before ordering. ( I have order the wrong hunter Nozzle 12-H ) could someone from customer service please call me 508-849-8163 otherwise great job delivery was on time and helpful.”

“Many of the products sold on the website are on back order, so expect to wait a while for your part. Had a very negative experience with this company. They charged my credit card for two parts that were on back order. Then they cancel my purchase without anything other than an automated email that my order was canceled. I still haven’t seen the credit back to my credit card, so I will be disputing the charge. Definitely lost my business going forward. I’ll pay more money for better service.”

“This was my first order and when I need irrigation supplies in the future I will only go here. I ordered items and they shipped the next day! Even out of stock items shipped faster than the estimated delivery time. Customer Service is beyond expectations. Every inquiry I initiated was answered within hours. You just don’t get service like that anywhere anymore. I will be back. Thank you for great service, especially during this difficult time.”
