“It has become very difficult to purchase many sprinkler products where I live in Minnesota. It seems the usual Menards, Home Depot, Fleet Farm etc. no longer carry the inventory they did in the past. I have relied on Sprinkler Supply Store many times over the past years, and they always have what I want at a decent price.”

“Sprinkler Supply Store has a genuine concern for customer satisfaction. There was a delay in shipping regarding a back-ordered part, and they kept me updated often when the part would be delivered. The part delivered was the exact replacement needed (Weathermatic 910 valve drain) installed by my sprinkler company 30 years ago. This part was difficult to find and S.S.S. was able to get me the replacement. Thank you! I would recommend this company and consider future purchases without hesitation.”

“Received only one of two valves I ordered within 3 days. Sent email, phoned after weekend, and 2nd was to be shipped but hasn't arrived after 8 days from original order. Disappointed.”

Hi David - thanks for the review. It looks like the replacement was shipped promptly but was held up in the FedEx system - the shipment time should have been 2 days but actually took 4. It's scheduled to be delivered to you today. Our apologies for the confusion and the delay.

“I have Weathermatic valves controlling my irrigation system. You won't find Weathermatic at Home Depot so I headed over to YouTube to do a little research. Right away I found some VERY helpful videos from Sprinkler Supply that pointed me at how to repair the valve and most importantly, how to identify the difference between "old" and "new" Weathermatic valves. Armed with this info I went shopping for parts. Sprinkler Supply had everything I needed at the best prices I could find. The parts were also CLEARLY identified as for "old" or "new" Weathermatic valves. A few days later, the parts arrived and dropped right into my "old" values. Everything worked perfectly. I was very happy and will do business with Sprinkler Supply again.”
