“Recently I was in need of a # 142300 Check Valve and Filter Basket for a Hunter PGP-04 I-20 Sprinkler. In searching for the product I was fortunate to locate inventory with Sprinkler Supply Store . While I only needed 1 the cost was less than a $1 so I decided to purchase a 5 pack for $3.00. I had put it in the website cart for the day and I get a note offering to ship it Free with a promo code they provided. The freight cost was more than the product which was a generous gesture on their part. If you are ever in need of sprinkler supplies I suggest you consider this Company. Based on my experience I only wished I lived closer to one of their stores. Thank you to Sprinkler Supply Store service team for a great service experience.”

Hi Lounn - I had reached out to you earlier today in response to your email. One of the shipments in your order was lost by FedEx. I placed a replacement order in our system, which we'll get out for you here shortly. “The experience was great concerning Sprinkler Supply Store until they turned the delivery over to the USPS. At 1:13 this afternoon USPS notified me that the package was "Delivered in/at Mailbox." Too bad it wasn't my mailbox. I have filed a missing package notice with them.”

“Ordered 2" clamps, Received 2 1/2" clamps. I tried to get someone to correct the problem and got someone telling me they would close to 2". Good luck with that!”

“It took a lot longer than normal to receive my sprinkler nozzles. One suggestion I have is a little bit better communication from you to your customers especially when orders are taking a while.”

Hi Robert - thanks for the review. Just called and left you a message. A Mr Monsen contacted us and has your package. We verified the address with him, and he lives at the address that was provided as the shipping address on that order. So it sounds like we were given the incorrect shipping address. Regardless, I left his number in my voicemail and he's more than willing to work with you to get your package ASAP.

“My landscaping guy aerated my lawn and ran over the drain cover on the French drain in the backyard and damaged it. When I told him it had to be replaced he agreed but he couldn't find one locally so told me he would pay for it if I could find one. I went online and the Sprinkler Supply Store in NY had the exact cover at a reasonable price. Shipping from NY to ID only took a week.”
