“Customer service is beyond excellent. I only needed 3 pieces of something, and shipping was going to be more than the items. I ended up getting an email with a free shipping code! And then when I received the package in the mail, they had sent me a sealed bag that had 10 pieces, so now I have extras! Their communication has been timely, funny, and a welcome break from most companies' attitudes of "you are just a number". Glad I found you guys!”

“I recently placed an order for PVC fittings, sprinkler heads, hose nozzles, and a KRain BL-KR-6 controller. The controller was not in stock and no longer available from the manufacture. SW Customer Service went next door to Irrigation Station, located a unit from one of their sites, and had it ship in for pick-up.”

“Easy to use, cheaper than the sprinkler place in town, and arrived on time with no issues. If i need any more parts for my sprinkler system, I will be coming back to Sprinkler Supply Store. Oh, customer service is top notch!!!”
