Hi Mohit, thanks for getting in touch. We're currently working with the manufacturer on this to get verification, as they appear to be sending out the newer version of the controller you ordered in the boxes of the older controllers. At this point, we're trying to see if we can get you the proper controller. We'd be happy to send you a prepaid label for return and credit you back upon arrival, just let us know. “Customer service is horrible and products ordered took over a month to receive and was just told sorry for you. All communication was initiated by me vs letting me know what all was going on with my order as well. Plenty of other companies out there to use besides you to finish all my supply needs for my new system.”

Hi Ben, my apologies that we weren't able to provide you the valve boxes in a more timely manner. We were in a situation where the backordered parts were scheduled for manufacture and took longer than normal to provide. Our only real option in these cases is to offer order cancelation and issue a refund or wait out the manufacturer for the parts. “Forget A-mazon and everybody else...THIS is where you need to get your sprinkler supplies from. Very easy and VERY fast shipping! I just wish they could waive the shipping fee on orders over $25 or$30 or something. No other complaints at all. Very satisfied.”
