Item was on backorder. Customer service never responded to two email requests on the status. The order did finally arrive, but I would have ordered from another site if they were honest about their inventory. Ordered 11/28 delivered 12/16. Disappointed that no one responds to emails.

Hi Elliot - thanks for your review. I searched under your name, order number, and email address and couldn't find any emails from you. Customer service is the most important part of what we do and I personally respond to every customer promptly. It looks like a delay on the part of the manufacturer and a slightly longer delivery time from USPS caused this one to be delivered a little later than we anticipated.

Placed an order and then get an email that items would be on back order. You should have said that this would have to be back ordered. Not days after the order was placed and paid for. Will not use your company next time I need sprinkler parts.

Hi Robert - thanks for the review. Every product on our website shows a listing of which of our warehouses are stocking the product and how many they have of each. Items that are backordered (not in stock) say "10+ Day Delay" in place of the locations and inventory numbers. The backorder emails we send out are a backup notification for those who might have missed the status of the part on the website, which seems to be the case here. Our apologies for any confusion!

Hi Jon - thanks for the review and our apologies for the confusion. I can see that you ordered the Weathermatic MAX4 spray heads. We do have "NOZZLE SOLD SEPARATELY" in bold letters at the top of the product description. Weathermatic offers a number of different nozzles that will fit that head, so they sell those separately. Please feel free to get in touch and let us know what sort of arc and distance you need and we'll be happy to help you to make sure you get what you need.

i ordered a hunter controller and made the mistake of 1 station vs. 4. I wrote customer service to exchange and found prices online for $60 less ~ asked this could be honored with exchange. was told no ~ and am returning at my expense , with your 20% restock fee. will not order again from sprinkler supply

Hi Vanessa - thanks for the review. You had asked us to price match an item from another company that was already priced below cost, in addition to the extra 10% store credit refund you were wanting to use for the return. It wasn't a situation where we would have been able to honor your request without losing money. We'll be happy to waive the restocking fee as long as the original controller returns back to us in new condition.

My previous experience was great but my recent experience has been "product in back order", even though it wasn't mention during time of purchase. I'm still waiting on my order....if you guys can expedite the order, I would appreicate it.

Sooo disappointed with the way my most recent order was handled. I placed the order and waited....and waited...and waited...and finally telephoned the company...was sent an email that said they'd look into it. Nothing else for an addition week and a half, at which point I received another email that said the things I'd ordered were on backorder but still no eta. waited and waited and finally I DID receive the things I ordered...I think it was 6 weeks from order to delivery.

I have done business with SSS many times in the past and quality and service were always my primary concern, and they delivered I gave them a lower rating this time around because it is the first time I have ever had to return an item to them, and I was told that I would have to pay a 20 % re stocking fee, I have no problem with the return shipping fee, since this is common among all distributors but in doing research I realized that there is a great disparity in restocking fees in the future I will seek out companies that do not charge restocking fees

Hi Stephen - thanks for your review. We're more often than not willing to waive the restocking fee as long as items are returned in new condition, especially for longtime customers. I don't recall speaking to you on this and it would have been my call to make, but certainly reach out in the future if you need to return something and we'll waive the restocking fees for you. I have used Sprinkler Warehouse many times. Always good service and products. This time the products came in a box with no packing material to protect the valves. One was damages. I sent pictures and was told the item would be replaced...I appreciated that. My point is better care should be made in packaging.

I orders 30 sprinkler Donuts....about twice the price is lowes and home,depot...but they were all out...of course, I had a few,broken....they we absolutely made of gypsum...plaster of Paris...which is used for indoor and decorative work....I sent detailed discussion to sprinkler supply store...but no answer.

Please note that it looks like you may have actually reached out to Holland Hats based on the picture you attached and the fact that I couldn't locate any emails from you, only an after hours phone call with no voicemail. The donuts are a low grade concrete - gypsum is a part of the mix used to create concrete - and meant for outdoor use. We'll be happy to either replace or issue a refund for any broken items in the shipment.

We were inormed last Monday that it would be delivered on the 2nd. It took a week from that Monday to be delivered. The driver was clueless about the delivery. Not good.

Hi Patrick - thanks for your review. Our apologies for any confusion - it looks like we ended up needing to freight this valve box out due to the size and weight and there was a delay as the freight company hauled this across the country to deliver to you. These aren't our drivers, they're hired by the freight company we use and wouldn't have any information regarding the order other than the delivery address.

Hi Lounn - I had reached out to you earlier today in response to your email. One of the shipments in your order was lost by FedEx. I placed a replacement order in our system, which we'll get out for you here shortly. You should be seeing the order confirmation already, followed by tracking information as soon as the order has shipped.

Received only one of two valves I ordered within 3 days. Sent email, phoned after weekend, and 2nd was to be shipped but hasn't arrived after 8 days from original order. Disappointed.

Took considerably longer to ship and receive the light sensor than i would have thought. When the product did arrive there were no instructions on install and the unit and some broken parts. I would have thought there would have been a rubber seal when mounting to an outside electrical box but it was not included. I replaced the broken plastic washer with one i had on hand and used a hose gasket to provide a seal going into the electrical box. Not the quality one would have expected. The unit works so that's why i gave two stars instead of the one it deserves.

Missing merchandise in shipment. Disappointing first experience with your business. I ordered a landscape lighting kit that was supposed to include the low voltage wire and the weather proof wirenuts, but those two items did not get included in the shipment. When I contacted customer service I got no resolution. In order to complete the project on time, I had to go to Lowes and purchase the wire and wirenuts which cost me an extra $100.00 on top of what I paid to SSS that was supposed to include those items.

I ordered 4 netafim low flow zone controls and 4 netafim flush valves. After ordering I have been spammed with multiple emails and a "customized " thank you video.... unfortunately the customer service isnt as good as they state. One of the zone controls arrive damaged I've emailed info@sprinklersupplystore.com aswell as andy@sprinklersupplystore.com it has been days with 0 response, highly unlikely to reuse this company. Ps I didnt select how long it took for a reply because u havent freaking got one.

I ordered three sprinkler donuts and when I received my order 1 donut was broken. I contacted your business several times and I have not received any reply. Customer service is really bad.
