The phone support was helpful but I am still waiting for 2 of the 3 items I ordered. 1 shows in a warehouse and 1 is back ordered. Not sure why you can’t mail what you have so I can work on my project.

Just the timing on getting the supplies take longer especially on the smaller businesses that can’t order in advance cause of money

Hi Scott - thanks for your review. In stock items ship in one business day and generally take about 1-4 days depending on which of our warehouses have the product and where you're located. It looks like you ordered backordered parts - the website would have said "Ships in 10+ days." We have to get those directly from the manufacturers, which typically takes about 7-10 working days but can take longer depending on the situation with the manufacturer for that specific part.

As soon as I ordered my Hunter rain sensor, then rec’d an email saying it was on backorder. It seems like you should inform customers of that before they pay. I did get it—- but seval weeks later.

I am still waiting for my shipment to arrive. Looks like USPS diverted from Austin up to Temple. Looks like it's back in Austin, but I am still waiting,

When a customer orders merchandise, they should receive frequent (weekly at least) of the status of their order. If the item is backordered from the manufacturer, an indication of when the item will be available should be provided. Letting your customer know that they will receive a weekly update (say on Fridays) until the item ships would help to relieve unneeded concern especially when the item ordered is part of a larger project.

The product I ordered was fine. However the post-order SPAM i have recieved from this company is not only very distateful but is never ending.

The store had the part I was looking for, sprinkler set screw. I ordered 10 even though I only needed one because shipping was the same either way. Shipping was stupid expensive. I would've ordered one set screw if shipping would been the cost of a stamp. Could've put the ten set screws in an envelope and put two stamps on it, that'd be enough. The cardboard box that delivered the set screws was far too large of a shipping method.

I still have not received an item that I have written customer service about, and I see that they have a sufficient supply of nozzles that I ordered. Other than that everything came within a reasonable time and was packaged with care.

Hi Charles - thanks for the review. It's definitely a fact that $10 worth of parts can be expensive to ship back when you've ordered the wrong items. We do offer an additional 10% in store credit for customers who can take that option to try to help offset the cost. We're open to other suggestions if you have thoughts on a better way to approach this situation.

Pro: good website, fast shipping, friendly vibe. Con: Customer pays for shipping delivery and shipping to return item, then a 20% restocking fee, no printable return label, and return has to be approved. Then on top of that, consumer is asked to tip their staff, for an on-line order. Not a usual request that I have encountered. Hey, never hurts to ask, right? And subject to on-going e-mails that I did not request. Wishing I had looked at other companies a little more closely.

I ordered a 5 pack of the check valve for the hunter 4” PGP adjustable sprinkler head. Unfortunately, 3 of the 5 valves have a bent tip and thus the rubber washer does not sit flush with the filter basket.

I only received 3 of the 5 large Hunter sprinkler caps I purchased. The bag was sealed but only contained 3 caps. I know accidents happen no big deal if they make it right.

Very prompt ordering and delivery. However, the shipment was the 1" coupling with the ridges inside when I ordered the Slip coupling which I was told did not have the ridge in the center of the coupling.--I could have been mistaken. I want the 1" coupling so I can slide the coupling in full on one pipe and slide it down the connecting pipe.

Took 4+ weeks to receive the product once ordered which I was not pleased with. Ended up ordering the same product from Amazon, albiet for more money, and received the product within days.

I was disappointed in the time it took to ship the products I ordered since the online information showed them in my area, yet it took a week for me to get them, because they shipped out of another warehouse instead of the closest one to me.

Hi Sara - thanks for your review. Our apologies for any inconvenience - we ship from the closest warehouse that has all of the parts on the order, which in this case was in Texas. Assuming we don't have all of the parts in a single warehouse, we then split up the order between multiple warehouse locations to fulfill the order as quickly as possible. Not every warehouse is able to stock all of the parts we carry, so it's definitely recommended to take a look at the page for each part and note the locations we list that have the item in stock.

It took a lot longer than normal to receive my sprinkler nozzles. One suggestion I have is a little bit better communication from you to your customers especially when orders are taking a while.
