Please go to Yelp and read my review regarding the Denver Colorado, Arapahoe store. The carts and baskets were filthy and they are not being sanitized properly, there are no wipes available for customers to wipe the handles of the carts and baskets. Thanks, JF

Everything is nice about this store except for the meat department. On different occasions, the items that were advertised were not available in the meat department.

The Sprouts store #23, located in Tucson, AZ. I shop at this store because I buy a lot of produce, and you used to have the best produce people. I come to find out that this isn't the case anymore. One of the employees in produce explained what happened to one of my favorite people. (Brad) was terminated and was no longer with the company. From a customer viewpoint, what a mistake that was! I will not ever shop sprouts again. If someone asks why, I will tell them that the way they treat employees is criminal.

Hi Sprouts Team, I would like to start off by saying that my family and I are loyal customers and absolutely love your store. We visit at least twice a week and during this pandemic, it has especially become something we look forward to and enjoy even more. However, as a loyal customer, and coming from a place of love, I wanted to bring your attention to something that happened today between 4:20-4:50pm at the Village location in Orange. My mother and I got in line at the deli, we know our deli people work especially hard, so we waited as we always do patiently. There was only one gentleman waiting for his order so we thought it was a little strange that it was taking so long, but didn't think too much of it. After a while, a young man working at the deli instructed us to sign-in on a piece of paper that was attached to a clipboard. As regular customers, this was the first time we've seen this clipboard and greasy writing utensil. As two people with compromised immune systems, we definitely were hesitant to use the clipboard to ask for our 1/2lb of turkey but we didn't want to cause trouble and signed-in anyways. A while later, a woman came and with a very disrespectful tone asked us several questions about where we put our names. Which, quite frankly was ridiculous. Does it matter that we signed on the wrong line? There was nobody behind us. We tried to explain that we did our best even though nobody explained the new system to us, but she cut us off, and went to get us our turkey. Her tone was very condescending and made my mother and I feel really uncomfortable. We also have concerns about this new system at the deli concerning whether it's safe to use the same greasy clipboard and writing utensil among all customers, which the deli workers also touch and then use. This doesn't seem like the best policy especially in the middle of a pandemic. Additionally, there were no instructions and the few labels were in English. This is Orange County, the majority of people here speak more than one language and we found it not inclusive. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Spr outs hasn't made me too happy lately. Every week their ad is smaller and it's not even published anymore. Their prices have gone way up and today I was so disgusted when I came home and there was not one edible strawberry in the pound of strawberries that I bought for a $1.67. What a waste of money and mess on my counter trying to clean and find part of the shawbury that was edible. The whole container was filled with rotten strawberries. I shouldn't be so trusting next time. Very disappointed.Still they manage to be sold out of most things and long lines.

I used to love Sprouts but they have lost my business. They have been awful during this Covid-19 time. Treating those without masks like trash, no matter the reason. Shame on you, Sprouts.

Horrible people who work in flower mound store! Horrible manager! Don’t respect people who have medical conditions and can’t breath with mask on! Nazi girl staff chasing you down at the door yelling at you. These people are on a power trip! Will not give my business to a bunch of control freaks!! Karma will get you all for not recognizing people that actually have a medical condition! Bye Bye Sprouts! Communism is real at Sprouts!! No Respect for people who can not wear a mask!!!

Sprouts use to be my favorite place to shop. Now they have mandated masks and refuse service to those with medical exemptions. I will spend my $$ at other stores that respect people’s medical needs.

Sprouts employee continually harasses me about my mask, shouting “ma’am, ma’am, ma’am about wearing my mask so I can still breathe through my nose. I have a medical issue and I’m trying my best, but they are very rude when I shop at their Flower Mound store. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere like Kroger’s where they’re kind and customer service oriented - NOT Sprouts.

Sprouts, Miramar, FL. I Just came from Sprouts. Nice store, it was very clean, nice products, nice helpful staff. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. Perhaps one-way arrows on the floor would help. I guess people are still clueless about how coronavirus spreads. Customers are all up in your space, they were wearing their masks on their chin, open registers side by side.. It’ll be a while before I go back. 😢.

Do not go to the sprouts at 4020 south rainbow Las Vegas NV. I went to their deli counter to buy a side dish and a waited for someone to even acknowledge that I was even there ( there were two people behind the counter) I was totally ignored. I then went over to the fresh meat counter and it was even worse. There were two employees behind the counter talking to each other and of course nobody asked if I needed help. I finally said excuse me in loud enough voice that I know they had to of heard me and I got no response. Another employee came from the back to wash her hands and I asked her if the meat counter was open. She looked at the two talking and stated someone will be with you. It was at that time they came over and asked what I wanted. It was at that time I stated I will go to another store instead. This a regular accuracy at this store and I have complained many times to the manager and each time I was assured it would not happen again and it was never taken care of because everyone I would try to get something from their deli or fresh meat U ended up leaving without buying it. I will never go back to that location. The one on Charleston and rainbow go there outstanding store.

I live to shop at sprouts farmers market all the employees are super helpful, the produce is always really neatly put away and fresh as promised. Unfortunately as kind as the staff is I had a mishap with the Murray location. I applied to work there thinking the staff is helpful, i did the very long application they sent me after i already set up my interview through the text application two days ago. My interview was scheduled for 10 AM hence it’s 9:05 and they just called to tell me they are no longer hiring. Unfortunately because of this little miscommunication I will no longer shop at the Murray location or be applying there ever again. I was so looking forward to the opportunity but this seems a little unprofessional to call me an hour before my scheduled interview, thanks sprouts!

Employees all had masks on except the guy cutting my deli meat. Had a mask over his beard but not his mouth. He should have been most important one to wear a mask.

I love to shop at sprouts when I can go and get my groceries in person but during the covid19 outbreak I tried online shopping for the 1st time and found that their online options were overwhelmingly the pricier items like organic wholemilk, cream, etc. plus they were limiting items like milk to only two per order which for a family of 6 is not enough. I found Aldi online a lot cheaper and without restrictions.

Awesome customer service, each time I am greeted by a smileing employee. This last time i learned so much from Chris B in the meat department about the sprouts meat suppliers and process. The conversation boosted my confidence in the meat products! Thank you Sprouts for a great experience!

Hi, there: I do like shopping at my Tampa, Fla. Sprouts, but I will never buy strawberries there again. For the second time in a row, I got Georgia strawberries that were dry and brown inside, and white on the top outside--they were picked before they were allowed to ripen. This is a particular affront to residents of Hillsborough County, with the state's strawberry capital only 30 miles east of us. We know what delicious strawberries look and taste like--and this was not it. Also, we would like to support our very fine local farmers, and we resent getting terrible berries from so far away when fresh, juicy red delights are so near to us. Please fix this problem.

The employees at sprouts and Lees Summit all park closest to the front door and let their customers walk from the end of the parking lot I am an able body person that has no problem walking from anywhere to the front door of sprouts but there are lots of elderly people maneuvering a slick parking lot on a bad weather day because their employees are more valuable to them and their customers have complained multiple times to the manager he says he will take care of it and never does so either he is the one that is guilty himself a parking there or just chooses to value his employees over his customers really bad management
