Everytime I but produce there it’s either tasteless , rotten inside or shrivels up in one day. I don’t get it. I just paid top dollar for pomegranates and they look great from the outside but horrible on the inside. Disappointing .

Purchased $40 dollars in nuts and seeds in the bulk food section. All items are still prepackaged so you always have to buy way more than you want. Got home and over half the nuts are old and stale. Wrote corporate HQ and received an email that it was being forwarded to the appropriate person. That was over a month ago and still no reply. I also purchased a pound of marinated Carne Asada from the butcher. Very fatty and lots of Grisel. This meat is not flank steak. It is scraps of cheap marinated meat scraps being sold for $15.99 a pound. Was around 6 a pound a year and half ago. I miss sunflower, Sprouts destroyed my favorite grocery store!

Good produce and unsulfered ginger The complaint I have is that plastic container tops are too hard to get off and on. I might injure myself opening and closing it. Product liability is a lucrative practice for lawyers.

I purchased Greater Kneads pretzel bites and they were awful. They don’t even taste like pretzel bites.

We moved from Aurora, CO to Pueblo, CO and have been asking for a store here or in Pueblo West for over 8 YEARS and still nothing. WHY DO I HAVE TO SHOP AT A SPROUTS THAT IS OVER 45 MINUTES AND 50 MILES AWAY. DO YOU DRIVE THAT FAR TO GO GROCERY SHOPPING? WE NEED A STORE SOUTH OF COLORADO SPRINGS, CO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW

Terrible customer care. Took back beef I had bought TWO days previous, expiration day was still a day away and it had gone from red to grey/brown. They told me “I should have put it in the freezer” and was nothing they could do without a receipt even though the product had gone bad before expiration date. I have had other companies who have had the integrity to accommodate a return when the goods were damaged or bad without receipt as they should.

Incompetent store employees and managers who could care less about fixing their own mistakes. Shopped (at Greensboro, NC store) because don't like giving my dollars to conglomerate Amazon via Whole Foods. However, Sprouts doesn't care about customers, not even when they themselves make mistakes. Going back to Whole Foods.

I bought grass fed NewYork steaks at the Menifee store on Newport, and they were disappointing. They were little tough and not much flavor. I ate half an gave the rest to my dog. My husband has bought the same steaks several times at the Riverside store and they were amazing. I won’t be buying meat from Menifee again.

I have been a customer since it opened. I usually shop there every couple days. I have found most of the staff nice and helpful. There is one woman behind the meat counter that refuses to serve me. I am aware I am not white and am older. I am aware there is a labor shortage but it would be nice if they could add an extra person who will serve minority clients.

I have ordered several times from this company, but my issues are two, wrong replacement and over charge! 1, The receipt before checkout says tip 7.50 should be 7.50 after check out. Why am I charged more for a tip after check out without authorization? 2, If I ask for a raw cheese, I want a raw cheese not a pasteurized cheese! 3, when you do replacement why are there No options If I do want replacement? Maybe I d9nr want replacement, then your shopper makes the wrong replacement and you double Harte me?

I am speaking on behalf of MANY employees or ex employees of Sprouts#621.Many employees lost their jobs or were forced to quit due to Asst.Mgr Brittni she make false allegations and then plays the victim and NEVER wants to meet with the employee to discuss because she is lying. I was sent home because I complained in store that I was extremely hot was outside for 5 hrs 105 hot so it was called causing a scene Brittney yelled at me to punch out and go home in front of the store with customers and employees around .That's a scene but this is the type of stuff that goes on and more

Your cashiers hold conversations while checking out customers, ignoring the customers. They refuse to check people out. If you don’t offer full time cashiers, put up signs: You may be forced, no matter the amount, to ring up your own groceries.

Beef stroganoff has little, I mean little beef. Taste ok. Compared to Oliver's there's no comparison.

Dear Sprouts Farmers Market. Shrinkage starts at the top. If the CEO can’t provide leadership, incentives, and education about products, it’s time to get new blood in your organization. When you have a short shelf life on products they have to be managed and marketed with care. It’s very obvious that Sprouts has high shrinkage. The sale is made when you buy the product right. The competition Mr. Sinclair CEO of Sprouts is places like Walmart. They display their Broccoli in a more appetizing arrangement and they dump crushed ice on it and it flies out the door. I watched it as a customer with my very eyes. It’s easy to make phone calls to your store managers and grind them, then they grind their employees, and then morale suffers. Mr. CEO you should roll up your sleeves get in the corporate Jet and start touching your company personally at each location because you’re losing the ship. It's sinking and I own stock in your sinking ship. Mr. Sinclair with a little digging it wasn’t hard to realize you have quite the pay package and it appears a bailout package as well. This business isn’t Walmart or the 99-cent store your former employer’s. These cookie cutter store formulas you have are killing Sprouts Farmers Market it’s a different animal. Take some pride in your stores after looking at these photos of this Organic Broccoli from one of your stores in Arizona. I started with Sunflower stores in which Sprouts purchased them and became a new customer. Decades as a loyal Patron. Overpriced is an understatement, Quality is poor in many categories, and Training and motivation are at an all-time low. Selling Plant-based Beyond Beef for close to 10.00 a package. Walmart is marketing and selling the same product at half that price. I hope this post doesn’t resort to heat on the store managers because things are like this through your leadership. It’s on your watch, Sir. Take responsibility. Anonymous shopper of 20 years and a stockholder.

Sprouts has gotten ridiculously overpriced and their produce is very poor quality. Bought scones there and got home and cut obecto eat. Was hard as as a rock . Organic red grapes on the same day, all soft and bad. Very disappointed at sprouts. I can't keep running back to return, so it is money wasted. Wont shop there much anymore. Very overpriced and poor quality.
